Planning meetings will normally be held at Probus Village Hall usually on the 3rd Wednesday of the month starting at 7:00 PM, excluding August where no meeting is convened. Members of the public are welcome to attend any meetings and are given 15 minutes during Public Participation to ask any questions or put across any concerns on items on the agenda. Occasionally there may be extra meetings when required due to any planning application deadlines that may arise. The agenda will be available on the relevant date below 3 clear days before a meeting and are also displayed on the council's Notice Board.
