Wildanet street works UPDATE

Published: 17 October 2023

“As a Cornwall-based broadband provider, Wildanet’s mission is to transform internet connectivity for rural and hard-to-reach communities in Cornwall though the roll-out of the latest generation gigabit-enabled fibre to the premises.
“We have a commitment to working closely with communities during the build and whenever we start work in a local area or individual street we write to residents in advance, explaining exactly what we are going to do, when we are going to be working and providing a named contact should there be any questions or issues. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen in the case of some properties in Probus and we would like to apologise to residents for this mistake and for the inconvenience caused.
“Work on site is being halted while we look into what happened and speak to residents. As part of this we have organised a public drop-in session next week to meet with residents, listen to them and answer their questions. This will take place at Probus Village Hall on Tuesday October 24th between 2pm and 7pm.”
